Crepes Nicoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    cayenne pepper
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    3/4 c. shredded, cooked chicken or crabmeat
    2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place
    the
    flour, egg, egg yolk, oil, 4 tablespoons of the milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add enough milk to reduce the consistency of this cream.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
