Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice loaf bread, dried out
1 (14 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Remove bones and flake salmon into mixing bowl with crumbled bread and egg.
Mix together by hand.
Next, mix in flour and again knead mixture together.
Pat out into patties and fry with oil in skillet.
Makes 8 to 10, depending on size.
Serve alone or on biscuits.
