Fudge Brownie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
ice cream (optional)
hot fudge (optional)
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease 8-inch pie plate.
In small mixer bowl, beat eggs; blend in sugar and butter.
Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts if desired.
Pour into prepared pie plate.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done in center).
Cool; cut into wedges.
Serve topped with ice cream and hot fudge.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
