Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, cut in half
    8 anchovy fillets, cut up
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    freshly ground pepper
    1 large bunch romaine (about 10 c.), torn into bite size pieces
    1 c. garlic flavored croutons
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Rub large wooden bowl with cut clove of garlic.
    Allow a few small pieces of garlic to remain in bowl.
    Mix anchovies, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper in bowl.
    Add romaine and toss until leaves are coated.
    Sprinkle with croutons and cheese and toss.
    Serves 6.
    Each serving has 180 calories.
