Pasta Stew(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow onion, cut in chunks
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. corn kernels
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    black pepper to taste
    4 oz. spaghetti, broken in half
    2 c. chopped spinach or romaine lettuce
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic in a small amount of water until soft.
    Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, zucchini, corn, beans and seasonings.
    Cook for about 15 minutes.
    Add spaghetti and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add the greens and stir until wilted.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
