Microwave Quick And Easy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz. each). sq. chocolate
    1/3 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Place chocolate and butter in 2-quart casserole.
    Heat for 3 to 4 minutes until mixture is melted.
    Stir 2 or 3 times during melting.
    Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Blend well and stir in nuts. Spread evenly in greased 8-inch round dish.
    (Deep pie plate works great.)
    Bake for 6 or 7 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed.
    Turn dish halfway through cooking time.
