Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. orange gelatin
    boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained and diced
    2 bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and add enough boiling water to make 2 cups.
    Dissolve gelatin in this liquid.
    Add sherbet and stir until melted.
    Add fruit and chill.
