Weight Watchers Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground beef
    dehydrated onion flakes
    salt and pepper
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    water (as desired)
Preparation
    Broil beef. Remove to heavy cast-iron skillet on top of stove. Add remaining ingredients. Cook to desired consistency. Chopped peppers may be added. Serves 1.
