Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
2 c. fruit cocktail (juice and all)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir until mixed.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar.
(Mix 1 cup chopped nuts with brown sugar, if desired.)
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
