Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool. Peel and mash. Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Spoon into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
