Tomato And Onion Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. onion slices
1 small clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients.
Place meat of choice in a glass or Pyrex dish.
Coat meat with marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight if possible).
