Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Into one bowl, sift together sugar and other dry ingredients. Whip the cream until stiff; add eggs one at a time and continue whipping.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold dry ingredients into cream mixture. Mix two minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pans and bake in 425\u00b0 oven until done, about 25 minutes.
    Makes two small layers.
    Double the recipe for three large layers.
