Italian Meatball Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. thin bell pepper strips
    3/4 c. thin onion wedges
    cooked meatballs
    1 (14 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    4 split hoagie rolls
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.
    Cook and stir the pepper strips and onion wedges 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; add cooked meatballs and spaghetti sauce.
    Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes to heat through, stirring occasionally. Spoon equal amounts into the rolls.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Makes 4 sandwiches.
