Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. medium sharp cheese, diced
    3 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk, scalded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding hot milk last.
    Pour into well-greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serve hot.
    Yields 8 servings.
