Round House Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. \"chili grind\" ground round beef
    1 1/2 chopped large green peppers
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (26 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili peppers (mild)
    1/2 c. mixed chili powders of various sources (more to taste!)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dried minced onions
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. dried minced garlic
    1 tsp. Mexican oregano, crushed in palm of hand
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper
    2 large cans chili hot beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat in cast-iron pot; drain off liquid (fat) and discard.
    Mix all other ingredients in another pot, then add to meat pot and simmer for 4 hours.
    Add beans just prior to final heating and serving.
