Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Raisin Bran
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins, pour boiling water over and drain
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Make well and add milk, oil and eggs.
    Beat well by hand.
    Add raisins, cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Can keep batter in refrigerator up to 6 days.
