Richmond Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add water and cook until thickened.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Spread on cake while hot.
    Frosts an 8 or 9-inch cake.
