3 Week Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. white cabbage, chopped
    2 white onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. yellow vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all chopped vegetables in large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Cook the sugar, oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt until mixture boils. Pour over cabbage mixture, cover tightly and store in refrigerator for three days before serving.
    Will keep one month in refrigerator.
