Pancit(Pon-Ceet; From The Philippines) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces filleted chicken thighs
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. French-cut green beans
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. shredded cabbage (as used in coleslaw)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. rice sticks (Albertson's Oriental section)
Preparation
    You will need 1 large pot and 1 large skillet.
