1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. French-cut green beans
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded cabbage (as used in coleslaw)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 (7 oz.) pkg. rice sticks (Albertson's Oriental section)
