Tresa'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. round steak
2 bell peppers
1 onion
1/3 c. water

Preparation

Cut round steak into 2-inch cubes.
Put steak and water in roast pan.
Cook in oven on 450\u00b0 until steak is almost done.
Add sliced bell pepper and sliced onion to meat.
Cook until peppers and onions are soft.
Serve hot.
