Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
18 large marshmallows
1/2 c. milk chocolate morsels
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy 3-quart saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes or until a candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0.
Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels.
Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until chocolate melts; stir in peanuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased wax paper; cool and store in an airtight container.
Yield:
3 1/2 dozen.
