Tortilla Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, boil about 25 minutes, remove skins and discard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chili con carne without beans (Hormel)
    1 (7 1/2 or 8 oz.) can Ortega chili salsa
    1/2 c. chicken soup stock
    1 doz. tortillas (flour), break in 1 inch squares
    1/4 lb. each Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes uncovered.
    Cover and bake another 1/2 hour in foil in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
