Poke Sallet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    greens (enough to fill 2-qt. pan of water)
    1 lump butter
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fill pan with tender poke greens; add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
    Drain and add another cup of water.
    Cook on low heat about 10 minutes; drain well.
    Add butter and cream cheese; stir.
    Add eggs and stir.
    Cook in same pan until eggs are cooked. Season to taste with salt.
