Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. broad noodles (8 oz., uncooked)
    2 tsp. basil leaves (sweet)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Use 12-inch skillet.
    Cook meat in butter until it loses its red color.
    Sprinkle half of spaghetti sauce mix over meat and mix.
    Spoon cottage cheese over meat.
    Top with noodles in a layer and sprinkle with rest of spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley flakes and salt.
    Pour chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce and 1 cup of water over the top.
    Make sure all is covered and moistened. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese all over top and let stand 5 minutes or until melted.
