Soldier'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Butter baking pan (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
    Heat milk, chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts.
    Spread mixture evenly in pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
