Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
hot pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
paprika
Preparation
-
Let cheese reach room temperature.
Mix together all ingredients except paprika.
Form into two long rolls.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill before serving.
Slice and serve with crackers.
