Skinny Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. dry minced onion
    1/2 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine dry mustard, minced onion and water. Set aside for a few minutes to develop the flavor and rehydrate the mustard and onion.
    Meanwhile, mix together the rest of the ingredients.
    Stir in onion and mustard mixture.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Serve with vegetable relishes and/or crackers. Makes 1 cup.
