English Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. dry sherry
dash of salt and pepper
1 lb. flaked crabmeat
bread crumbs (for topping)
Preparation

Combine the first seven ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Place flaked crabmeat (canned, fresh or frozen) in buttered casserole dish.
Add the mixture to casserole and stir in thoroughly.
Top with bread crumbs and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
