Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots, cooked
    1 medium sweet onion (purple)
    1 small green pepper
    1 can tomato soup (zesty)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook carrots (do not overcook).
    Drain and cool.
    Cut onions and green pepper in round slices, then mix with carrots.
    Mix all other ingredients together, then pour over vegetables.
    Cover and marinate for 12 hours or longer.
    Drain to serve.
    This will keep for two weeks in refrigerator.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
