Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 medium onion, cooked in 1 Tbsp. bacon grease
3/4 c. water
3 boiled eggs, sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Add flour, vinegar, water and sugar to onion and bacon grease. Stir and cook until mixture thickens.
Pour over potatoes.
Mix gently and top with sliced eggs.
