Sunny Day Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. shredded pineapple
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir in mayonnaise. Chill for 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
