Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped fine
    1 round loaf dark bread (unsliced)
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain and squeeze out all excess water.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    When cooled, mix all other ingredients together.
    Refrigerate dip for several hours.
