Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine (1/4 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
Preparation
    Put sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe bowl; make a hole for milk.
    Pour in milk and place stick of butter in center of dish. Microwave for 2 minutes on High.
    Margarine may not be completely melted.
    Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until blended stiff. Pour on 2 flat dinner plates, about 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches thick. Put in icebox for 20 minutes to cool.
    Cut into squares and serve.
