Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. tenderizer
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/3 c. water
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Place 4 to 6 (1 1/2-inch) chops in a Ziploc or dish including the mixture and marinate overnight in the fridge.
