Poached Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry white wine
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. or 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 peppercorns (green)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 peeled carrot
    1 stalk celery
    4 medium salmon fillets
Preparation
    Simmer all of the ingredients for 5 minutes.
    Place salmon fillets in the liquid, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
