Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook
    onion and garlic in butter until tender.\tStir in rice until
    thoroughly
    coated.\tAdd parsley, salt, thyme and pepper; stir
    well.
    Combine
    broth
    and water in a saucepan. Bring
    to
    a boil
    and\tpour
    over rice mixture.
    Pour entire mixture then into a large rectangular baking dish.
    Cover with foil
    and
    bake at\t350\u00b0
    for
    25
    minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Serves 8 to 10.
