Mom'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix the first 9 ingredients and cook until tender. Mix together the milk and flour. Add to potato mixture and cook until thickened. Add the cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
