Breakfast Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, cubed
    6 eggs or Egg Beaters
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Toss together bread and cheese.
    Beat together remaining ingredients.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch greased glass dish.
    Put cubed bread and cheese in dish.
    Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and take out of refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bacon, sausage or ham may be added.
