Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced pork
1 c. diced shrimp
1 c. water chestnuts, minced
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. carrots, grated
1 c. cabbage, grated
1 medium onion, minced finely
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. Accent
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add pork and shrimp and saute about 5 minutes.
Add water chestnuts, carrots, cabbage and bean sprouts.
Cook until tender but firm. Season and set aside to cool.
Separate wrappers and add 2 tablespoons of the filling.
Wrap and roll.
Deep fry until brown.
