Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. 100% bran cereal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Set aside. Combine cereal and milk. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add egg and oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, stirring until mixed well. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
