Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 stick butter
    5 oz. heavy cream
    dash of cinnamon
    4 peeled bananas, cut in half longways
    4 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
    2 oz. banana liquor
    1/2 oz. dark Myers rum
Preparation
    Over medium/high heat with saucepan, add brown sugar, butter and heavy cream.
    Mix to liquify.
    Add banana liquor and dark Myers rum and mix.
    Add bananas.
    Turn once.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add cinnamon.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve over ice cream.
    Cooking time should take no longer than 3 or 4 minutes.
