Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chopped hard-cooked eggs
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Miracle Whip to moisten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix lightly.
Cut 4 tomatoes into 6 sections almost to stem end.
Using a sharp knife, peel back the skin of each section to form petals.
Fill each tomato with egg salad; top with a scoop of Miracle Whip.
