Tart Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. chilled margarine, cut into small pieces
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites
    1 egg
    7 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 c. flour and 1/3 c. powdered sugar in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Press mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of an 11 x 7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
