Breakfast Of Champions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices sourdough bread, buttered and cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 lb. sausage, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Put on top of bread.
    Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese on top of sausage. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over top.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Cut into serving pieces.
