Darlene'S Italian Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper (lasagna)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes and juice (cut-up tomatoes)
    1 small zucchini, sliced and halved
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    5 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can whole corn and juice
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat.
    Stir in spices from Hamburger Helper mix.
    Add corn, tomatoes and juice and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Heat to a boil.
    Then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in noodles and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
    Serve; sprinkle with more cheese.
    Makes 10 cups.
