Suffolk Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small pumpkin (approximately 6 1/2 inch diameter)
    2 apples, diced
    1/2 to 3/4 stick butter, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pecans, roasted *
    1/2 c. raisins
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Open pumpkin top (as in carving a jack-o-lantern) and scrape insides, disposing of all seeds and strings.
    Mix all ingredients and spoon into pumpkin.
    Replace top and spray outside thoroughly with Pam.
    Bake in a shallow dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Spoon warm fruit into bowls and top with whipped cream or serve as a side dish with turkey or chicken.
