Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 egg white
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and almonds. Add egg white, butter and vanilla, stirring well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Cool on baking sheets before removing. Store in airtight container.
