Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients; add shortening.
Put egg and vinegar in a 1 cup measuring cup; fill to 3/4 cup measure with water.
Mix with fork and press in pie pan.
