Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sausage
Italian bread crumbs
butter (enough to saute mushrooms)
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms.
Saute mushroom caps in butter until just soft.
Drain on paper towels until cool.
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Mix sausage and cream cheese together and put into mushroom caps.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
