Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water just until frothy.
    Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together.
    Sprinkle over nuts, stirring nuts frequently, until nuts seem to be coated thoroughly.
    Place on a buttered jelly roll pan (10 x 15 inches).
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
